RETURN POLICY


1.  Please understand once your order is processed it can not be cancelled and and your sale will be FINAL.  We do not accept returns or exchange, due to sanitary reasons on any hair! NO REFUNDS!!!! 

2.  We want to make sure you receive your items on time so please make sure shipping address is correct. Once order is processed, address can not be changed. It will be your responsibility to pay shipping again, if the item is returned to our store, to have order shipped again.

Shipping

1.  Our items are processed Monday through Friday. If an order is placed Friday after 3:00pm, Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed the following Monday.

2.  Your item/s are processed within 3-4 days, unless custom wig, natural disasters, sales event, etc then it could take up to 12 days (this does not pertain to international orders). Once we have shipped items you will receive tracking number within 24-48 hours.

3.  Once your items are in possession of carrier, please contact them with any issues with your delivery, if they are unable to provide answers please then contact us and we'll be more than happy to help!
